Cairngorms Christian Centre is committed to protecting your privacy.

We aim to respect and protect any personal information you share with us and store it securely.

The information required by us is to ensure that we can

1. support the purposes of your visit and fulfil our responsibilities in providing a comfortable and safe environment.
2. deliver our service & meet legal requirements
3. communicate by post email or telephone/mobile
4. process payments
5.  maintain records

The information you provide will be communicated by email, by phone or by mail and will include name , address, telephone number/s, name of organisation( where applicable), position in organisation ( where applicable), dates of arrival & departure, number in visiting group, particular requirements & any other relevant information pertaining to the visit.

The software used to create invoices will contain name, address and contact details.

The information will be kept for as long as you continue to visit the Centre but for no longer than five years after which it will be removed.

No cookies or data collecting/sharing systems are used and email addresseswill not be used for marketing purposes.
